1. Services Provided
LewSCO.Tech provides desktop PC builds, repairs, upgrades, consultations, system optimizations, and on-site repair services.
We do not currently offer full laptop repairs (RAM upgrades by request only).
We do not sell or stock PC parts. Customers must provide all required parts for a build or repair unless LewSCO.Tech sources them on request.
When LewSCO.Tech sources parts, full payment for those parts is required upfront before ordering — no exceptions.
2. Service Area
We proudly serve Little Rock, North Little Rock, Sherwood, Jacksonville, Maumelle, Conway, Pine Bluff, Hot Springs, and surrounding communities.
Some services, including consultations and certain optimizations, are available remotely nationwide.
3. Payment & Deposit Policy
PC Builds
A $50 deposit is required to secure a build appointment. This deposit is credited toward the final labor cost and is non-refundable if canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
The remaining balance is due after the build is completed, tested, and approved by the customer.
If LewSCO.Tech sources parts for a build; full payment for those parts is required before ordering.
Repairs & Upgrades
A $40 booking deposit/pre-diagnostic fee is required before work begins. This covers testing and diagnosis and is credited toward the final repair cost if the customer proceeds within 30 days.
If new parts are required, full payment for those parts must be made before ordering.
Consultations
A $35 consultation fee is due before the scheduled meeting. This amount is credited toward the final cost of a PC build if booked within 30 days.
Travel Fees (On-Site Services)
Within 10 miles of the place of business: Free
10–20 miles: $0.75 per mile (one way)
20–40 miles: $1.00 per mile (one way)
Over 40 miles: Flat rate quote before booking
Accepted Payment Methods
Cash, debit/credit card, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, and bank transfer.
4. Customer Responsibilities
For PC builds, customers must have all required parts ready before the appointment or drop-off unless LewSCO.Tech is sourcing them.
Customers are responsible for providing correct, compatible, and functional parts.
For on-site services, customers must provide a safe, accessible, and hazard-free workspace.
Customers should back up important data before service.
5. Turnaround Times
Builds: Typically completed within 3–5 business days after all parts are provided.
Repairs: Usually completed within 1–3 business days, depending on complexity and part availability.
Delays may occur if additional parts are needed or customer approval is pending.
6. Warranty
LewSCO.Tech provides a 30-day labor warranty on completed work.
Hardware/component warranties are covered by the manufacturer.
The warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, neglect, liquid damage, power surges, or customer modifications after service.
7. Liability
While every precaution is taken, LewSCO.Tech is not responsible for the loss of data. Customers should back up their files prior to service.
LewSCO.Tech is not liable for hardware failure during or after service unless directly caused by negligence during our work.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments without notice may result in a rebooking fee.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service with LewSCO.Tech, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
