At LewSCO.Tech, I specialize in desktop PC repairs and upgrades to keep your system running smoothly and efficiently. Whether your desktop is running slow, experiencing hardware issues, or needs a performance boost, I provide reliable and affordable solutions tailored just for you.

Payment

A $40 pre-diagnostic fee is required before work begins. This can be paid online or in person (online payment preferred). The fee covers the time to diagnose your desktop’s issue and is credited toward the final repair cost if you proceed. Once the repair is complete, the remaining balance must be paid before pickup, delivery, or job completion.

Booking Deposit & Parts Policy

  • A $40 deposit is required to book your repair. This covers testing and diagnosis of your PC and is credited toward your final bill if you proceed with the repair within 30 days.

  • If your repair needs new parts, the full cost of those parts must be paid upfront before they are ordered — no exceptions.

  • You can supply your own parts, or I can order them for you at cost (no mark-up). If I source them, I’ll send you the exact price and purchase link or invoice so you can approve and pay before ordering.

  • The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Labor Rates(Central Arkansas Averages)

  • Virus / Malware Removal: $75–$150 (labor only)

  • Windows Reinstallation / Troubleshooting: $50–$120 (labor only)

  • RAM Upgrade: $50–$100 (labor only, RAM purchased separately)

  • HDD/SSD Replacement & Data Migration: $80–$150 (labor only, drive purchased separately)

  • Motherboard or PSU Replacement: $120–$200+ (labor only, part purchased separately)

  • Data Recovery: $100–$500+ depending on severity (labor only; specialty recovery hardware/software billed separately)

  • Full Tune-Up & Cleanup: $100–$150 (labor only)

  • Remote Software Support: $30–$75 per session

Parts Sourcing

If you don’t have your parts yet, LewSCO.Tech can source them locally or online and arrange pickup. All parts costs will be added to your invoice at the purchase price (no markup) plus labor.

Travel Fees(On-Site Services)

  • Within 10 miles of the place of business: Free

  • 10–20 miles: $0.75 per mile (one way)

  • 20–40 miles: $1.00 per mile (one way)

  • Over 40 miles: Flat rate quote provided before booking
