Services
Q: What computer services do you offer in Central Arkansas?
A: LewSCO.Tech provides custom desktop PC builds, computer repairs, PC upgrades, consultations, system optimizations, and on-site computer repair services. We do not currently offer full laptop repairs, but laptop RAM upgrades are available upon request.
Q: Do you sell or stock computer parts?
A: We do not keep PC parts in stock. Customers must provide all required parts for their build or repair unless we source them for you. If LewSCO.Tech sources parts, full payment for parts is required before ordering — no exceptions.

Q: Where do you provide PC repair and build services?
A: We serve Little Rock, North Little Rock, Sherwood, Jacksonville, Maumelle, Conway, Pine Bluff, Hot Springs, and surrounding areas. We also provide certain services — such as PC consultations and system optimization — remotely to customers nationwide.
Payments & Deposits
Q: How much is the deposit for a custom PC build?
A: A $50 deposit is required to secure your build appointment. This is credited toward your final labor cost and is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours.
Q: Do you require deposits for computer repairs or upgrades?
A: Yes. A $40 booking deposit/pre-diagnostic fee is required before work begins. This covers computer testing and diagnostics and is credited toward the repair if you proceed within 30 days.
Q: How much is a PC consultation?
A: Consultations are $35, payable before the meeting. This fee is credited toward your custom PC build if booked within 30 days.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash, debit/credit card, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, and bank transfers.
Travel & On-Site Services
Q: Do you offer on-site PC repair in Arkansas?
A: Yes!
Within 10 miles: Free travel
10–20 miles: $0.75 per mile (one way)
20–40 miles: $1.00 per mile (one way)
Over 40 miles: Flat rate quote before booking
Customer Responsibilities
Q: Do I need to have all my PC parts before booking a build?
A: Yes. Unless LewSCO.Tech is sourcing the parts, you must provide all correct, compatible, and functional components.
Q: Should I back up my files before computer repair service?
A: Yes. We strongly recommend backing up your important data before service, as LewSCO.Tech is not responsible for data loss.
Turnaround Times
Q: How long does a custom PC build take?
A: Most builds are completed in 3–5 business days once all parts are provided.
Q: How long does a PC repair take?
A: Most computer repairs are completed in 1–3 business days, depending on complexity and part availability.
Warranty & Liability
Q: Do you offer a warranty on your PC repair and build services?
A: Yes. We offer a 30-day labor warranty on all completed work. Hardware/component warranties are covered by the manufacturer.
Q: What is not covered under warranty?
A: Issues caused by misuse, neglect, liquid damage, power surges, or customer modifications after service.
Q: Are you responsible for hardware failure?
A: No, unless the failure is proven to be caused by negligence during our work.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Q: What is your cancellation policy for PC services?
A: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments without notice may result in a rebooking fee. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours.
